Don’t “Go Dark” on Prospects
My name is Felipe Gonzales-Paul. I’m an Account Executive at LevelEleven.
I use Salesforce to keep track of my pipeline and all of the activities that lead to sales.
My “Salesforce Tip of the Week” is after having a significant conversation with a prospect, recording that conversation as an “Event” and then hitting “Save” and add new “Task.”
That way I’m not going dark on people who are interested in the LevelEleven Compete app, and I’m able to better manage my pipeline.
