About Us - LevelEleven

Crankin' it up since 2012

We are LevelEleven

We launched in late 2012 as a sales gamification app and then found out our customers needed a heck of a lot more. So we let their greatest sales pain points evolve into an entire sales management system. But it’s not just about the technology. We’re passionate about teaching you the strategy that goes with it, too -- what it takes to build a culture of performance. So we spend our days researching and educating the modern sales team. And we’re proud to do it all from the heart of Detroit.

Our Values

Most people rank things on a scale of 1 – 10. At LevelEleven, we’re not only about going past that and up to 11 when it comes to your sales performance, but also when it comes to our own team and what we stand for.

What do we stand for?
So glad you asked. We "GOTO11."
Green Thumbs

Getting in the weeds, action beats ideas.

Be clear in what you mean. Goals & performance are front and center.

Two Ears & One Mouth

Use them in proportion! Be humble, ask questions and don’t talk too much.

One Life

One happy, healthy lifestyle — not work/life balance.

Striving for more, make things just a little bit better.
