Keep Yourself Accountable & Your Data Clean in Salesforce
Hi, my name is Rich Starkey. I’m an Account Executive here with LevelEleven.
I use Salesforce all day, every day. In fact, it’s the most important tool in my sales toolkit.
My “Salesforce Tip of the Week” is to leverage custom reports.
I set up custom reports to help me keep myself accountable for the calls I’ve made, the opportunities I’ve created, the demos I’ve ran and the sales I’ve closed. So, at the end of the day or the week or the month, I can run a report and see how I measure against my goals.
The other advantage I think that custom reports offer, is they really help me keep my data clean. So, what I like to do is make sure that my activities and my events align with my team and the way that they’re logging that information.
The reports don’t have to be long or take a long time to create. The reports are designed to be really quick, so you get visibility into your business.
