We launched in late 2012 as a sales gamification app and then found out our customers needed a heck of a lot more. So we let their greatest sales pain points evolve into an entire performance platform. But it’s not just about the technology. We’re passionate about teaching you the strategy that goes with it, too -- what it takes to build a culture of performance. So we spend our days researching and educating the modern sales team. Jamal Mashburn

Jamal Mashburn is most known for his success on the basketball court, having spent 20 years in the NBA. Today, he owns over 80 businesses. He recently added to that list by teaming up with Winston Justice to launch a venture capital firm, Justice Mashburn Capital Partners, for investing in high-tech startups.
