IDEA: Based on the classic 80’s sitcom, “Who’s the Boss?”

ALTERNATIVE NAME: Be the Boss for the Day (in celebration of Boss’s Day on October 16th)

GOAL OF CONTEST: Award points to participants for your selected behavior.  Have the “boss” ask participants a question each day about himself/herself or about the organization’s goals/values/etc. Participants who get the question right receive bonus points via the Adjusted Score feature.

POSSIBLE PRIZES: Use of the boss’s office, parking spot, and/or budget (at least for a free lunch) for a day; framed picture of Tony Danza for the winner’s desk; “Who’s the Boss” on DVD.

GOAL OF CONTEST: Reward participants for the behavior of your choice.  Award bonus points via the Adjusted Score feature to the top three individuals who best decorate their desk in celebration of Halloween.  If doing a team-based competition, assign each team an area of the office in which they are in charge of decorating; the team with the best decorated area win bonus points.

POSSIBLE PRIZES: A basket made up of all types of candy (make it extra special by buying candy from the winner’s youth).

GOAL OF CONTEST: Reward participants for the behavior of your choice.

POSSIBLE PRIZES: Gift card to a local apple orchard/tickets to a hayride; cider and donuts for the winner.


Lead Generation/Conversion:

WHERE TO START: The most popular lead contest being run with LevelEleven partners is one that rewards participants for converting leads.

Don’t stop there, however!  Design a contest that rewards the lead response time of your participants, one that rewards participants for generating leads, a contest that is based on prospecting, and/or one that rewards participants for new leads generated when bringing anew product to market.

IDEA: To Celebrate Name Your Car Day (October 2nd)
