IDEA: Based on the classic 80’s sitcom, “Who’s the Boss?”

ALTERNATIVE NAME: Be the Boss for the Day (in celebration of Boss’s Day on October 16th

GOAL OF CONTEST: Award points to participants for your selected behavior.  Have the “boss” ask participants a question each day about himself/herself or about the organization’s goals/values/etc.; participants who get the question right receive bonus points via the Adjusted Score feature.

POSSIBLE PRIZES: Use of the boss’s office, parking spot, and/or budget (at least for a free lunch) for a day; framed picture of Tony Danza for the winner’s desk; “Who’s the Boss” on DVD
