WHERE TO START: The most popular call contest being run with LevelEleven partners is one that rewards participants for talk time.
Other ideas include a contest that rewards participants for the number of calls made each day and/or call blitzes which are run for a short amount of time (e.g. one hour or a “power hour”).

IDEA: In order to drive more calls first thing in the morning
GOAL OF CONTEST: We’ve all been there. We get into the office, we grab our cup of coffee, we chit chat in the kitchen or with our deskmates and suddenly 30-60 minutes have gone by. What does equate to? LOST PRODUCTIVITY! Build a parent/child contest in which you have five child contests run each day for a week. Award each participant points for every call they log in Salesforce. The participant with the largest number of calls during the five-day period wins!
POSSIBLE PRIZES: Breakfast delivered by the winner’s manager/CEO; for a team contest, cater in breakfast for the winning team

GOAL OF CONTEST: A week long contest, reward participants for each call or meeting logged that includes a contact of a certain title (e.g. contains Vice President, VP, CEO, CFO, etc.). The goal is to get your team to start having conversations with the right people or people above the folks they normally speak with. The participant with the most number of calls or meetings logged with contacts of the respective title(s) wins!
