GOAL OF CONTEST: Run a percent-to-goal contest that awards participants for every lead they generate. Assign goals for each participant based on historical lead creation from the previous month and add 10% to provide them with a stretch goal..

GOAL OF CONTEST: Run a month-long contest that rewards participants for converting leads. Make it extra interesting by awarding additional points halfway through the contest using the Score Adjustment feature or increasing the number of points for converting leads. For example, during the last half of the competition, make converted leads worth double the amount of points than the first two weeks.
