GOAL OF CONTEST: Reward participants for the fastest lead response times.  Award different tiers of points for how quickly a lead is responded to (e.g. 5 points for a lead responded to in <8 hours, 3 points 8-24 hours, or 1 point >24 hours).

POSSIBLE PRIZES:  A 12-pack of ice cold beer, Funny Ice Cube Trays, Ice Skating Event, Snowball Fight, Snowball to the VP of Sales face

GOAL OF CONTEST: If your sales cycle is less than 30 days (and ideally less than a week), reward participants with 10 points for every sale closed during the contest.  Make the contest even more fun by providing everyone with a stocking (for those not celebrating Christmas, provide them with a stocking not red or green).  Each day of the contest, throw a little something into the stocking of each participant (candy canes, tchotchkes, etc.).

POSSIBLE PRIZES: A Visa gift card to stuff their stocking; a holiday stocking filled with treats and goodies, lottery tickets

GOAL OF CONTEST: Have your team participate in a contest where they get 10 points if they make a call, but 50 points if they make a call that is over 2 minutes long. This way you are motivating them to have meaningful conversations with (ideally) key decision makers.

POSSIBLE PRIZES: Amazon gift card to buy holiday-themed music; Jingle All The Way on DVD or Blu-Ray; The winner’s manager has to wear elf shoes with bells around the office all day (or just fully dress like an elf!)
