Enterprise Account Executive

As Enterprise Account Executive (EAE), you will focus on securing and expanding Fortune 500 customers for LevelEleven. The EAE will strategically steer and deepen relationships with our largest current customers to expand the current relationships as well as focus on a named list of potential enterprise level customers. The EAE is well versed in the enterprise buying process and understand the complexity, and necessary parties involved. You will act as a trusted advisor in helping companies drive sales performance. You will be an extension of our customers teams and be comfortable working with contacts that span from the C-suite to individual producers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Progress sales opportunities through the enterprise sales process
  • Be a trusted advisor in learning about a company’s sales or call center organization
  • Perform customized demos in person and via phone
  • Actively use Salesforce.com to manage sales activities
  • Constantly expand customer relationship through prospecting and referrals
  • Qualify suspects/prospects by asking open-ended questions and gathering necessary information from client to determine client value
  • Use client feedback to support future product development.
  • Support marketing activities to increase exposure of LevelEleven and drive inbound leads; this may include writing blog posts, being active in LinkedIn and Twitter and occasionally working trade shows

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of enterprise-level sales experience, ideally in the technology/software sector
  • Proven track record of selling to executive-level buyers.
