As a LevelEleven Account Manager (AM), you will focus on ensuring that our base of existing customers are experiencing maximum value from our products and services, as measured by securing renewals and upsells against a pre-determined sales quota. You will learn the fundamentals of our Sales Activity Management methodology so that you can help customers find success with our product offering. You’ll work directly with sales leaders, sales managers, and sales operations teams and be expected to have a strong working knowledge of our product.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Line up and secure renewals for our SaaS based Sales Activity Management system
  • Uncover and secure upsells, largely accomplished by uncovering new departments within our customer base who can also be using LevelEleven
  • Work in partnership with our Customer Success team who provides day-to-day customer support
  • Work closely with new business Account Executives on the handoff process of new business accounts to the Account Management team
  • Execute against our Account Management playbook
  • Be a trusted advisor in learning about a company’s sales or call center organization
  • Actively use to manage daily sales activities
  • Use client feedback to support future product development.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally in the technology/software sector
  • Proven track record of selling to executive-level buyers
