Account Executive

The Account Executive will be focused on generating interest and securing customers for LevelEleven’s app for salesforce.com. The Account Executive will contact prospective customers and partners via phone, email, and social channels to generate interest, uncover client needs, perform online demos, and progress and earn sales. The Account Executive will learn to be considered a trusted advisor in helping companies drive sales performance, motivate sales activity, and get more results out of their investment salesforce.com.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers to generate interest
  • Be a trusted advisor in learning about a company’s sales or call center organization and determine the impact that LevelEleven can make
  • Perform online and in-person demos of the LevelEleven platform
  • Actively use Salesforce.com to manage sales activities
  • Use various prospecting sources to get information about a client and develop relationships
  • Qualify suspects/prospects by asking open-ended questions and gathering necessary information from client to determine client value
  • Progress sales opportunities through the pipeline
  • Use client feedback to support future product development
  • Support marketing activities to increase exposure of LevelEleven and drive inbound leads; this may include writing blog posts, being active in LinkedIn and Twitter, and occasionally working trade shows

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the technology/software sector
  • Excellent writing, presentation and verbal skills
  • Proficient using social media for sales/marketing, especially LinkedIn and Twitter
