GOAL OF CONTEST: Don’t let the holidays get in the way of your organization reaching your month, quarter, or end of year goals. Run a contest the week leading into Christmas (December 15th) so that reps stay engaged rather than going on a “mental” vacation.
POSSIBLE PRIZES: An extra day off in December; a Visa gift card

GOAL OF CONTEST: Instead of running a contest based on behaviors, run a contest where participants get points for adding suggestions and ideas on how to make 2015 successful for your organization (develop a general email box where participants can send suggestions/ideas). Manually add points via the Score Adjustment feature.
POSSIBLE PRIZES: The winner’s manager or company’s President delivers milk and cookies to the winner.

GOAL OF CONTEST: Run a contest around referral business by rewarding participants for adding referrals from existing customers. Word of mouth is one of the best way to gain new clients!
POSSIBLE PRIZES: A subscription to one of the “of the month” clubs; a magazine subscription

GOAL OF CONTEST: Run a contest motivating your team to get as many activities logged against existing deals in the pipeline. This could include; calling, emailing, closing opportunities.

IDEA: Build a contest that includes the “newbies” within your organization

GOAL OF CONTEST: If your organization is fortunate enough to be adding new team members, quicken the pace that it take to get new team members up and running. Develop a contest built around which behaviors are most important to you that only includes new and/or new(er) team members.
