GOAL OF CONTEST: Build a month-long, dollar-based competition in which each participant starts with a negative amount equal to their goal (e.g. if their goal for the month is $150,000, they start with -$150,000).  The winner is the person who most exceeds his/her goal. You could also build a percentage-based competition in which each you enter the goal for each participant for the month and the person who most exceeds his/her goal, wins.
