WHERE TO START: Launching a new product? Run a contest that rewards the participant for every conversation that includes the new product being introduced.
Other ideas include a contest that rewards participants for every new activity created during the contest timeframe.
HOP TO YOUR TASKS
IDEA: In honor of the Easter Bunny
GOAL OF CONTEST: Run a one week or one day contest for every Task created with a specific Type or Subject field filled out (depending on your specific business process). Encourage participants to keep up the momentum and award extra points for tasks completed within the contest timeframe.
POSSIBLE PRIZES: Fill a dozen plastic eggs with various prizes (cash, scratch-off lotto tickets, candy) and hide them around the office. Give the top 3 winners a chance to find them. 1st place = 1 minute ; 2nd place = 30 seconds ; 3rd place = 15 seconds.
Optional – if your office does not have good hiding spots for easter eggs, put various prizes inside 12 eggs and place them in a basket. Let the 1st place winner pick 3 eggs, 2nd place picks 2, and 3rd place picks 1.
MAKE IT COUNT
